Sudoku Variants Series (199) - Neighbours Sudoku
(Published on 19. September 2017, 00:00 by Richard)
For this Sudoku Variants Project I have planned to publish a different Sudoku variant every Tuesday. I will see how long it takes before I am running out of ideas.
Neighbours Sudoku
Place the digits from 1 to 9 once in every row, column and 3x3-block. Digits outside the grid have to be placed in the given order as direct neighbours in the respective row or column.
Inspiration for this type comes from WSC 2009.
Solve online in Penpa+ (thx Nick Smirnov!)
Solution code: Row 5, followed by column 4.
