Alternating Stripes Sudoku
Inspiration for this type comes from WSC 2011.
Solve online in F-Puzzles or CtC-app (thx Nick Smirnov!)
Place the digits from 1 to 9 once in every row, column and 3x3-block. “Large” and “small” digits alternate along the grey stripes. A “large” digit is larger than its two neighbours on the stripe while a “small” digit is smaller. Whether the digits on both ends of the stripes are the smaller or larger ones is not specified. Digits may repeat on stripes.
Solution code: Row 5, followed by row 9.
