Be careful: In this puzzle, there are islands with a Zero. These islands are the only ones that are not connected to the rest, and they cannot be crossed by other bridges.
Additionally, the numbers from 0 to 8 have been encoded with letters. Same letters stand for the same number, different letters for different numbers. A question mark stands for an unknown letter.
Theme: Hashiwokakero (The colours are only there to emphasize the theme)
Solution code: For the 5 marked rows and columns, enter the bridges crossing those rows/columns. Enter a digit 1 for a single bridge and a 2 for a double bridge. The rows from top to bottom come first, followed by the columns from left to right.

Lösungscode korrigiert/ Solution code corrected.
Unfortunately the solution code had a typo. This is now corrected. Thanks to jirk for pointing this out, and apologies to everyone whose correct solution did not get accepted!

if there are islands with zero bridges, it is impossible for ALL the islands to be connected. Hashi rules are not exactly standard
@sf2l: You are right. I have rewritten the instructions. Hopefully it is more clear now.
