Average Sudoku
Solve online in Penpa+ (thx Nick Sirnov!)
Place the digits from 1 tot 9 in every row, column and 3x3-block. If the number in a cell equals the average of its two horizontal neighbours, then the cell is marked with a horizontal line. If the number in a cell equals the average of its two vertical neighbours, then the cell is marked with a vertical line.
Solution code: Row 5, followed by column 7.

@Richard: Thank you! :D Yeah I suppose that's right, too. Now to solve this one!

@Circleconstant314: Yes, there is. And I think the negative constraint becomes clear from the instruction itself: if the number in a cell equals the average of it's neighbours, there is a line. So: no line, no average. ;-)

Is there a negative constraint, here? As in, if in a cell there is no line drawn in one particular direction, then that digit cannot be the average of those two? So say, the permutation 468 is not valid if there's no line in the cell with the 6 indicating that the relationship exists?

Richard, I've just noticed right on your birthday: You've reached a new portal milestone with exactly 20.00 % of the published puzzles.
Happy birthday!

With the still continuing flooding of the portal, the percentage is decreasing every day...
One thing is sure: there will never be 20% in that statistic again. ;-)
