Wichtel 2015 (4): Tapa-Rundweg

To Christmas 2015 some eager puzzlefriends have again arranged a group in which everybody had to make anonymously a puzzle for someone else. These puzzles are now presented one after the other here in the portal.
Santa's helpers were stoked as the senior helper had asked them to design a puzzle. But soon they encountered a problem: Some of them liked Tapa, others preferred Slitherlink. Eventually everyone grabbed a pencil and simply started. But they only had one diagram which now got filled with Tapa numbers and Slitherlink clues simultaneously! The senior helper shaked his head when he saw this: What a mess! But since Christmas was approaching fast, he had to hope for the best and wrapped the puzzle without changes.
Draw a loop along the dotted lines touching every point of the grid at most once. Numbers are Tapa or Slitherlink clues. Slitherlink clues indicate how many edges of the cell are used by the loop. Tapa clues determine how many adjacent cells (laying side by side) would be black if one blackened all cells inside the loop. Tapa clues may be inside the loop, but no 2x2 area lies inside the loop completely.
