For this Sudoku Variants Project I have planned to publish a different Sudoku variant every Tuesday. I will see how long it takes before I am running out of ideas.
Argyle
Solve online in Penpa+ (thx Nick Smirnov!) or F-Puzzles (thx bbutrosghali!)
Apply classic sudoku rules. Digits may not repeat on any of the marked diagonals.
Solution code: Row 3, followed by column 7.

Had to modify the graphic design slightly, sorry the argyle pattern doesn't come through as well.
