Sudoku Variants Series (071) - Equal Sudoku

For this Sudoku Variants Project I have planned to publish a different Sudoku variant every Tuesday. I will see how long it takes before I am running out of ideas.

Equal Sudoku
Place the digits from 1 tot 9 in every row, column and 3x3-block. Within every dotted outlined area the sum of the odd digits is equal to the sum of the even digit(s).

Die korrekte Rätselbeschreibung müsste doch eigentlich lauten: "...geraden Ziffer(n)..." und "...ungeraden Ziffern..."
