Wichtel 2014 (13): Tücken der Technik

To Christmas 2014 some eager puzzlefriends have again arranged a group in which everybody had to make anonymously a puzzle for someone else. These puzzles are now presented one after the other here in the portal.
Technical troubles
"I'm horribly delayed with finishing my Christmas present for my colleague this year and now furthermore my keyboard is striking AND my printer has troubles doing the margins correctly", you can hear one of Santa Claus' helpers cursing in a living room of the puzzle world. Well, the 2 and the 4 still function, but that's it. Anyway, may all clue digits might be replaced by question marks.
A usually really very hard working member of the helpers' guild wanted a puzzle of average difficulty. But since this helper is spending Christmas this year for the first time with a cute offspring, there will be hardly any time left for puzzle solving. The main idea was, to increase his affection towards Tapa. He doesn't like it too much, but an all-round helper should as well be able to cope with his non-favourites. Might this aim be achieved in this case even with the sparely given clues?

O.k., weiß auch nicht wie ich auf die Idee kam, es seien 13 Wichtel gewesen. Dabei ist mir irgendwann einmal aufgefallen, dass es 2014 14 Wichtel waren. Also kein Abschluss. ;-)) Umso besser!
