Draw a single continuous loop by connecting neighbouring dots along the dotted lines, such that it divides the grid into exactly two parts (i.e., all outer cells are orthogonally connected). The loop has to touch all of the dots lying in the inner of the grid, and may not touch or cross itself. Cells marked gray lie in the inner of the loop. Numbers indicate how many edges of a cell are used for the loop.
Solution code: For each row the number of cells inside the loop (from top to bottom)

What dots does the loop have to touch? All of them, all but those on the outside, or only those inside the loop? (It seems like I am getting either zero or many solutions...)
