Solve online in F-Puzzles (thx bbutrosghali!) or in Sudokupad (thx sisk0!)
Here is another OddMax Sudoku
Place the digits from 1 tot 9 in every row, column and 3x3-block. A digit in a circle appears exactly one time in the four surrounding cells and it is the highest odd digit in those four cells.
Solution code: Row 4, followed by row 6.

@bbutrosghali, because I like Penpa better. After implementing sudoku mode I find Penpa much more convenient for playing. Also, f-puzzles has very small pencil marks and one cannot resize a grid. Now I use f-puzzles only to convert puzzles in CTC App (which I find the most convenient tool for solving sudokus), in December 2020 there was no such option.
