Number 5 is alive
Solve online in F-Puzzles (thx Nick Smirnov!)
Place the digits from 1 tot 9 in every row, column and 3x3-block. The digits in the dotted outlined areas need to be different and their sums end with 5. So the sums can be 5, 15, 25 or 35.
Solution code: Row 1, followed by column 9.
