Außengebiete-Rundweg

(Published on 28. July 2014, 00:00 by usp)

Draw a closed loop along the dotted lines which uses every point of the grid at most one time. Numbers inside the grid determine how many of the edges of the respective cell are used by the loop. Numbers at the edge of the grid indicate position and size of an area lying outside the loop. The loop does not need to use all points of the grid.

Solution code: Row 2 and 7, X for cells outside and O for cells inside the loop

@kiwijam, I first saw them at the German puzzle championship this year. Maybe the authors of the championship invented "Außengebiete"? I don't know for sure ...

Was a little step then to combine them with Rundweg clues :-)

These Aussengebiete clues are interesting, I haven't seen them before.

Is there a typo in this puzzle?

@RALehrer: Do you want to try it again? lupo found that there was some trouble with the last column when one tried to copy the image, but I corrected it. Maybe that caused your problem?
