January City Construction Month (1) - Classic

It has been over a year that I published my City Construction Month. Time to revisit this interesting type with a new Classic and 4 variants.

City Construction
Place all buildings in the grid. Buildings may be rotated and mirrored. They may not touch each other, not even diagonally. Digits outside the grid are the number of cells used by buildings. All unused cells form a single, closed loop that travels horizontally and vertically.

Solution code: The number of knicks in the loop; row by row, top to bottom.

The classic city constructions are always causing more problems than the variants... :-(

Also einfach fand ich es nicht - aber wenn man erst mal den richtigen Ansatz hat, kann man auch noch die eigenen Denkfehler korrigieren. Ich freu mich schon auf die Varianten!
