Don't do things by halves sudoku
Put in each row, in each column and in each 3x3 block the number from 1 to 9. In addition: There is not the half value in orthogonally neigbor cells. Example: There should be no 1 and no 4 in r2c9, r3c8 and r4c9 because of the 2 in r3c9.

Surbier, I like your Kind of puzzles with 1/2 and 1/3 and so on. Hopefully there will follow a lot more puzzles...
