Diagonal-Distanz-Irregulaer Sudoku

Digits 1 to 9 must occur once in every row, in every column
and in every of the partly irregular regions. Diagonal neigbors cells must not contain consecutive digits.
Example: The 6 in r2c3 prevents 5 and 7 in r1c2, r1c4, r3c2 and r3c4.
