Mini-Kakuro-Koralle

(Published on 5. September 2013, 23:50 by ibag)

The diagram is a Kakuro. Each field is either a black field or a number field. Connected groups of numbers in the rows and columns form sums, in which no digit must be repeated. As usual in Kakuros to the left and above each sum is a black field.

For some rows and columns the occuring sums are given on the right and below the diagram, but not necessarily in the right order.

The black fields of the Kakuro form a coral. I.e. they are connected orthogonally, and there is not a 2x2 area of black fields. The coral doens't touch itself, not even diagonally, i.e. each number field is orthogonally connected to the boundary.

Only the digits 1-5 are used.

Solution code: Row 3 and column 2, 'S' for black fields.
