June Pentomino Month (2) - White Pentominos

Paint some cells black. Numbers outside the grid indicate the length of the sequences of connected black cells in the corresponding row/column, but not in the order they appear. All the remaining white cells form the twelve pentominos. Pentominos may be rotated and/or mirrored. They don't touch each other, not even diagonally.

Inspiration for this puzzle comes from WPC 2012.
Solution code: Row 11. For every cell the letter of the pentomino and '-' for an empty cell.
