Draw the pictured flags in corresponding count into the grid. The flags may be rotated and mirrored; they should not touch each other in any kind. All bottom ends of the flagpoles are already prescribed in the grid as thickened grid nodes.
Solution code: For each row from top to bottom the count of cells, which belong to flags.
