Äpfel mit Birnen vergleichen

(Published on 11. February 2013, 04:18 by MiR)

The drawings show cross sections through the axes of rotationally symmetric figures. Except of the spit and the cross in drawings 2 respectively 3 the contours of the cross sections were put together from along their axes quatered ellipses.

The three-dimensional figures have to be placed perpendicularly and centrically onto the cells of the pictured grid so, that each kind of the figures is represented exactly once in each row and column. The figures should not touch each other, and they should not be overturned. The numbers at the border indicate, how many figures are seen in the corresponding direction.

Solution code: The reference numbers of the figures for the third row from left, then the reference numbers of the figures for the second column from top.

Stimmt irgendwie - das hatte ich offenbar auch nicht bedacht, und die anderen Löser anscheinend auch nicht. ;-)

Thanks for the correction. I arrived at this contradiction but since some people had already solved, I thought I made a mistake.

??5?25,????4?,??2???,4?6???.
Die geänderte Graphik ist hier:

Der Lösungscode und seine Beschreibung bleiben unverändert.

Gruß von MiR, der den Fehler bedauert.

The author did not think about, that the sidewise views of exactly the threedimensional figures 1, 2 do not equate to their cross sections. The boundary conditions are contradictory. They have to be changed like this (starting top left, then clockwise):
??5?25,????4?,??2???,4?6???.
The changed image is here:
http://s14.directupload.net/file/d/3349/mkdyvjtg_png.htm
The solution code and its description stay unchanged.

Regards from MiR, who is sorry about the mistake.

@relzzup: I think #1 doesn't block any of the others because of the gap in the middle of it's top. But e.g. #1 and #2 together do.
