Quad max sudoku
Place the digits from 1 to 9 in every row, column and 3x3-block.
An arrow in a circle points to the highest digit in the four neighbouring cells.
The idea for this puzzle comes from July 2011 LMI sudoku test .
Solution code: Row 4, followed by column 3.
