Magnetplatten-Tausch-ABCtje (kleine Version)

Here an ABCtje and a Magnetplattenrätsel is to solve.
The ABCtje consists of 12 3-letter words using the letters ADILMNSTUW and values from 1 to 10. But first each letter has to be swapped with one of its horizontal or vertical neighbors. The sums refer to the exchanged letters.
The position of the plates for the Magnetplattenrätsel is hereby determined: Each pair of swapped letters of the ABCtje form a plate.
Solution code: For each column the number of vertical plates; then the values of the letters in alphabetic order; then the diagonal from top left to bottom right, + and - for the poles, N for neutral fields.

Hat etwas gedauert bis ich kapiert habe, dass die neu entstehenden Wörter keinen Sinn ergeben müssen...

Tolles Rätsel - Lösungscode hat ne halbe Stunde gedauert. Muss wohl öfters Magnetplatten lösen!

Abgesehen von den ABCtjes für Anfänger ist das hier das erste, bei dem ich mich kein einziges mal verrechnet habe. :)
Übrigens ist eines der Label falsch. (Nonogramm statt Magnetplatte)
