Fehlerhaftes Magnetplattenrätsel

Last week I tried to create a Magnetplattenrätsel. The diagramm was just done when I realized that I had made a mistake: I had two half neutral plates in the diagram. Disappointed, I threw the puzzle into the trash.
This morning the remaining Hexominos (remember the "besonderen" Hexominos are still at their congress) came very excited with the crumpled diagram and begged me to publish the puzzle anyway. They said they would need it for a game that they only could play as long as the "besonderen" Hexominos are not there.
I have no idea what the hexominos are planning, but I've done them a favour. Here is the puzzle:
Solution code: Row 6 followed by column 2; use + and - for plus and minus and N for neutral.
