I'm interested in the significance which has a digit in a Pünktchensudoku with numbers from 1 to 9. Here is a number n the more significant, the more neighbors the number has and the more significant these neighbors are themselves.
Find an an appropriate rating system. Each digit n has a positive value a(n), which is proportional to the sum of the values of alle existing neighbors. In order to normalize, the sum of all values a(n) has to be 1.
Solution code: The formula for a(n). Please note: Avoid sums, differences and quotients. Write factors in alphabetic order and without dot. Use brackets if necessary. Use degree instead of radian measure.

Beautiful!
The main idea was clear for me, but
it was hard to express the normalisation coefficient as the value of the formula.

@StefanSch: Dein Ausdruck stimmt jedenfalls. Aber zum Vereinfachen hab ich eine halbe Seite gebraucht, und ohne komplexe Zahlen waere es wahrscheinlich noch sehr viel aufwaendiger gewesen. Vielleicht waere es einfacher zu versuchen, den Faktor gleich in einer anderen Gestalt zu bekommen.
