Double Windoku

For each of two 9x9 grids; place the digits 1 to 9 in every row, column, 3x3 standard block and the 4 extra areas (which are painted with blue for the upper sudoku and painted with yellow for the lower sudoku).
Solution code: Row 4, followed by column 9
