Replace all letters by "numerals" of unknown number systems. Each computation uses another system. Equal letters mean equal numbers, different letters mean different numbers.

Here comes a small example using the base 12 and 13, resp.:

Solution code: The values of the letters of SUDOKU as decimal numbers, followed by the bases of the used numeral systems from left to right.
