The small numbers in the dotted outlined areas are the sum of the digits in that area. Within a dotted outlined area all digits must be different.

That is for me for many, many weeks the first friday at which I solve one of Richard's puzzles on the first day. Feels good. I tried many but didn't continue solving them.
