Reden ist Gold

I talked about the following (increasing and infinite) sequence at various puzzle meetings, but as far as I know, no one solved it yet. The sequence has been invented by Immi, as far as I know and I solved it about 15 years ago and needed about an hour to find the solution.

1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 15, 17, 19, 21, 25, 29, 33, 37, 42, 46, 50, 52, 56, 60, 62, 66, 70, 72, 76, 80, 82, 86, 90, 92, 96, 100, ...

At this place, the next member of the sequence is not completely well defined, one can continue with 102 or 103. When choosing the 102 the sequence continues like this:

... 102, 105, 108, 111, 114, 118, 122, 128, 134, 140, ...

Solution code: The next five numbers after 103 when choosing the other version after 100.
