Hochhausblöcke III: Knapp daneben

Each boldly framed 2x2-, 3x3-, 4x4- and 5x5-square is a skyscrapers-puzzle without hintnumbers and in this instruction referred to as block. Additionally all numbers in cells, that are directly next to at least one other block, are hintnumbers for the direct adjacent blocks. So normally they would give the number of visible skyscrapers from this direction in the adjacent block.
All these hints are wrong and the correct value is either by one higher or one lower (= knapp daneben). A hint that is valid for two blocks may represent two different values in the two directions.
A number in a corner with two adjacent blocks is valid for both of them. These hintnumbers are only meant for the directly adjacent blocks, not for possible visible higher skyscrapers in blocks behind.
Solution code: The two rows marked with an arrow (these are the 2nd and the 7th); each one from left to right.

Hier hat es sich gelohnt, das Raetsel mal eine Weile wegzulegen. Mit frischem Kopf entdeckt man ganz neue Lösungsstrategien. Ein tolles Rätsel!

@Chalb : ich hätte mal eine Frage ! Wenn in eine Ecke ein 3 ist kann diese 3 in eine Richtung als 2 und in die andere Richtung als 4 interpretiert werden ?
