Magnetplatten knapp daneben

In this diagramm magnets or blackened fields have to be placed. The numbers give the amount of plus or minus poles to be found in the respective row or column.
All numbers are wrong! They are off by 1!
Solution code: The third column including the corrected numbers followed by the seventh row including the corrected numbers. Write S for black cells.

Nice puzzle. The magnet puzzle combines well with the +/-1 rule. I rediscovered this puzzle after I solved half of it some time ago but then never got around to finishing it. And because it did not have enough solvers to have a rating it kind of disappeared from my radar. That is solved now too.
The part about the S's in the solution code is missing from the English description, by the way.
