Hat sich ziemlich gewehrt, ewig rumgezappelt und sich gewunden, aber zum Schluß habe ich ja doch noch Ordnung rein bekommen.

Richard, this is a really great puzzle! I found some digits - then: nothing. Put it away and took it hours later: same again. On the third day (night...) I had filled all cells with digits :-)
