The numbers in the grid are the sum of the digits in the smaller outlined areas. In the smaller areas digits may not repeat. Both grids have the same solution.

Yay! Another Twin-Killer done. This must be the easiest of the bunch. Also I liked that one could immediately fill in three numbers, so one isn't quite that discouraged forever. After those, nice logical build up.
