Rules

- Each Bi-Ratio Line is split into exactly two segments by box borders.
- The sums of the digits on each of the two segments are in a 1:2 ratio.

I think the long line in the forth box should be changed, right now it's confusing, you think that the digit in row 4, column 4 is added twice
