Fishtomefel's Hook
Rules:
- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Digits along an arrow sum to the value in the circled cell.
- Digits in the large cage sum to 68 and may repeat.
- All digits in a quadruple circle must appear in the four adjacent cells.
- The grid is (partially) covered in fog, entering correct digits may clear the fog and reveal more clues.
- Every 3 consecutive cells along a 3-modular line must contain a complete set of residuals modulo 3. i.e: one from (3,6,9), one from (1,4,7) and one from (2,5,8).

A nice use of the geometry. I have tried several times to use the same geometric break-in but never came up with a puzzle I was happy with. Well done.

Yeah; I spent months thinking of a way I could make a natural break-in for this concept. A lot of failed attempts were made where one could solve using different techniques unfortunately. This was the first one I found that truly worked as I wanted it to!
