N.X.T. Arrows

(Eingestellt am 6. Februar 2026, 00:00 Uhr von NXTMaster)

After making a few One Box puzzles, Parity Insanity One Box Collection, I decided to set a 9x9 Sudoku with three One Box puzzles down the diagonal. The result ended up being a very tricky math problem.

The rules are as follows:
  • Place the digits 1-9 once in every row, column, and region.
  • Parity Insanity
    1. Within cages, add all the even digits together and all the odd digits together (if there are none, the sum is 0). The value in the top-left corner of a cage indicates the difference between the two sums inside it. The variables N, X, and T stand for any positive integer including 0 and may equal each other. N + T = 12
    2. Along arrows, add all the even digits together and all the odd digits together (if there are none, the sum is 0). The value in a circle indicates the difference between these two sums along arrows that extend from it. If an arrow branches, that means there are separate, overlapping arrows.
    3. The following restrictions apply only to the top-left, middle, and bottom-right regions.
    4. Even digits cannot be orthogonally adjacent to another even digit within the region or across a region border.
    5. Orthogonally adjacent digits within the region or across a region border cannot be in a 1:2 ratio.

The puzzle is available on SudokuPad. Have fun solving!
