Parity Insanity One Box Collection

Years ago in the CTC server, there was a small trend of making "One Box" puzzles. I came up with this Parity Insanity ruleset to raise the difficulty of the puzzles being made back then.
The rules are as follows:
- One Box: Place the digits 1-9 once each into the grid.
- Parity Insanity (Rule 1 does NOT apply to Puzzle 2 and Rule 2 does NOT apply to Puzzle 1)
- Even digits must not be orthogonally adjacent to each other.
- Orthogonally adjacent digits must not be in a 1:2 ratio.
- Within cages, add all the even digits together and all the odd digits together (if there are none, the sum is 0). The value in the top-left corner of a cage indicates the difference between the two sums inside it.
- Along arrows, add all the even digits together and all the odd digits together (if there are none, the sum is 0). The value in a circle indicates the difference between these two sums along arrows that extend from it. If an arrow branches, that means there are separate, overlapping arrows.

Lösungscode: Row 2 of each puzzle (no spaces, in order Puzzle 1,2,3,4; 12 digits)
