Chaos Construction: Slingshots

Rules:
Chaos Construction: Divide the grid into orthogonally connected 9-cell regions such that each cell is part of exactly one region. Fill the grid with digits 1-9 such that no digit repeats in any row, column or region.
Slingshots: If a bent arrow is present in a cell, the digit in the cell the arrow comes from also appears in the direction of the arrow at a distance of N cells, where N is the number in the arrow's cell.
Each arrow and the cell that it points to must be in the same region.
Lösungscode: Column 6, with hyphens (-) representing region borders.

I thought the break-in was fairly smooth with some great (and fun!) nontrivial irregular work to complement the fun slingshot work in the first half. A great CC entry, wonderful setting, and very enjoyable. Thank you!

Very nice puzzle! Impressive to resolve everything with only a few clues concentrated in the left part. Well-telegraphed break-in, clean irregular, an easy snack-sized exercise.

Brutally hard but such a magnificent solve. One had to just keep pegging away and each small reveal just opened the way forward! The logic is quite intricate but appears so obvious, once spotted. The irregular sudoku is also quite challenging. The shape of the middle regions are also quite apt in the context of the ruleset. Thanks for sharing this!
