Normal Sudoku rules apply. Place the digits 1 through 9 in each row, column, and box.
DUTCH WHISPER (ORANGE): Adjacent digits along a orange Dutch Whispers line must differ by at least 4. Digits may repeat if other rules allow.
KROPKI: White dots are consecutive. Not all dots are given.
KILLER CAGE: Cells in a cage must sum to the total given for that cage. Digits in a cage do not repeat.

This not only gave me more of a proper introduction to dutch whispers, but now I respect them even more. I got 3 false starts on this puzzle trying to figure out how to properly color the puzzle as I am not familiar with dutch whispers, but I eventually got it.
Again, like your other two german whispers that are similar, this was stunning after coloring the whole grid and using the disambiguating constraint to determine which was which polarity!
I'd absolutely love to see another one of these as well. Always open to more puzzle suggestions of similar type if you happen to have any!
I truly needed this, as my father was just diagnosed with pancraetic cancer and these puzzles have been a nice distraction. Thank you again.
