One Pea, Two Perspectives

Wow, I haven't published a puzzle in over a month! Sorry to my loyal fans (which definitely exist).
While I'm busy with life, I took a few hours out to make this puzzle!It's just one trick and shouldn't be too difficult as long as you spot it, and it draws attention to a particular property of my favorite constraint!
Here are the rules:
Sudoku: Normal 6x6 sudoku rules apply; place the digits 1-6 once each in every row, column and 2x3 box.
Duality: The line functions as both of the following constraints:
Split Pea Lines: Digits on the line strictly between the two circles sum to a two-digit number, where the "tens" digit is in one circle and the "ones" digit is in the other.
Split Pea Lines (full): Digits on the line, including the circles, sum to a two-digit number, where the "tens" digit is in one circle and the "ones" digit is in the other.
Brute forcing the numbers in the circles is highly discouraged. Try to eliminate options mathematically!
