Snowmen in the Big City

Your mission is to locate all the snowmen in the city.
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Snowmen are 2 cells tall, 1 cell wide with the larger digit below the smaller; essentially upside down thermos of length 2. Snowmen will make an appearance, at least partially, in each 3x3 box. Snowmen cannot contain or be orthogonally adjacent to hot cells (789), else they will melt. Black kropki dots separate cells with a 2:1 ratio; not all dots are given.
Skyscrapers: Each digit in the grid represents the height of a building in its cell. Taller buildings obstruct the view of shorter ones behind them. Clues outside the grid give the number of buildings visible from that vantage point in the clue's row or column.
