Double Arrows: Digits on a line must sum to the same value as the sum of the attached circles.
Between lines: Each digit on a line must fall strictly between the digits in the attached circles.
Some clues in this puzzle are double arrows and some are between lines. It is up to the solver to determine which is which (some may satisfy both constraints).
Colored lines are cosmetic to clarify how lines cross and do not indicate type. The red circles in rows 3 and 4 lie on but do not interrupt the grey lines they cross.

This is a beautiful 6x6, and quite devilish if you're not paying attention. Wonderful symmetry too. Bravo!
