RULES:

• Normal Sudoku rules apply.
• Every cell in the grid belongs to a domino - except for the given caged digit.
• A domino consists of two orthogonally adjacent cells, and different dominoes cannot overlap each other.
• The sum of the digits in a domino indicates how many dominoes in the grid sum to that total. For example, if a domino's digits sum to 7, there must be 7 dominoes with the sum of 7.
• Domino borders divide each blue line into segments with the same sum.
• Digits joined by a black dot must be in a 2:1 ratio, not all possible dots are given.
• Some Maths is required.
