After solving juggler's Tessellation I was inspired by the degree three nature of its grid.

• Place digits from 1-9 in each square and octagonal cell.
• Digits may not repeat in any row (horizontal), column (vertical), or diagonal of octagons. Digits may repeat in squares along the same diagonal.
• Three cells around a green dot must contain digits from each residue class modulo 3, i.e. one from each set {147}, {258} and {369}.
• Three cells around a red dot must contain digits from all sets {123}, {456} and {789}.
• Three cells around a white dot must contain a set of non-repeating consecutive digits.
• Cells joined by a black dot must contain digits in 1:2 ratio.
• Not all possible dots are given.
