Rules

3.Odd:
The numbers on the circle are odd.
4.Even:
The number on the square is even.
5.Thermometers:
From the beginning of the bubble to the end of the tip
must be strictly increased.
6.Maximum:
The number in the maximum cell is larger than the four
cells around it.
7.Positive diagonal:
The number on the diagonal can not be repeated.
8.Killer cages:
The sum of the numbers in the killer box is equal to the
number in the upper-left corner of the

Lots of rules, but a good solve! Though, the Maximum isn't needed; the puzzle is solvable if it were just a normal even square.

Very nice! I would rate this a tough 1*, or lower 2*, however. Very fun to solve!
