Rules:
- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- A Home Cell is defined as a cell which contains a digit equal to its cell position within its box.
- Each row, column, and box contains exactly two home cells. These cells will be used as the crusts for the sandwiches...
- The clues outside of the grid are sandwich clues. They contain the sum of the digits strictly between the crusts (home cells) in the indicated row or column.

This was one of the greatest puzzles I've ever solved. Such a clever ruleset.
I have to say that I made some assumptions regarding the rules, which lead me down an incorrect path. Not sure if that was intentional or not.
Thanks for the solve. I'm curious to know what assumptions you made regarding the rules and any suggestions you might have for clarifying them.

Fun new variant. Seemed a little intimidating at first, but it was actually very smooth with some fun deductions
