Normal Sudoku rules apply.
RAVIOLI - Every raviolo has the same sum.
LASAGNA - Each red lasagna layer must be all even or all odd.
SPAGHETTI - Adjacent digits on a spaghetto differ by at most 2.
CACIO E PEPE - Digits separated by a cheese flake have consecutive values. Digits separated by a pepper flake have values in a 2:1 ratio.
BASIL - Every basil leaf is surrounded by the same four digits.

Great puzzle, but I can't tell if it was set by the real juggler or some sort of impasta.
