Dutch Whispers: two cells touching on a orange line must have a difference of at least 4.
German Whispers: two cells touching on a green line must have a difference of at least 5.
Arrows: digits along an arrow sum to the number shown in the circled cell.
Difference Dots: the number in white dots indicates the difference of the adjacent cells.

Although your example is, arguably, technically correct, it is confusing. I expect you intended the 6 in the middle of the top row to be a 4.
