Arrowcadabra (Non-consecutive + arrows)

A recent puzzle setting prompt involved arrows and non-consecutive and I was surprised by how restrictive this combination is. This puzzle is unique even without the given digits, but with them it should be solvable with around a 2 star difficulty. Good luck!
- Normal sudoku rules apply: Place the digits 1 to 9 once each into every row, column and 3x3 box
- Arrows: Digits on an arrow sum to the digit in the arrow's circle
- Non-consecutive: Orthogonally adjacent cells can't contain consecutive digits
