Eight Cyclic Renbans
Looking ahead is not needed and I challenge you not to. After all it's only a 5x5.
Quick reminder just in case, a latin square is a sudoku without region.
Rules
Regular 5x5 latin squares rules apply.
Digits on a line form a set of consecutive digits in any order. Digits in a circle appear in its surrounding cells. The digits 1 and 5 are considered to be consecutive.

This puzzle managed to pack surprise after surprise after surprise into a grid of only 25 cells, keeping it going after I thought the puzzle would unravel on its own. A thing of remarkable and wondrous beauty.

This puzzle requires some pretty serious thinking for a 5x5 with just renbans and quads! I'd argue this is a 4-star, which is crazy for a 5x5.
