As a setter, my favorite type of puzzle has been 'Mystery Killer', where the cage totals must be determined by the solver according to various rules.
This puzzle, the 11th in my series, is a tribute (with some intentional parallels) to Phistomefel’s Mystery Killer, a major inspiration for my enthusiasm in the subgenre.

Rules:

Normal sudoku rules apply. Digits in a cage sum to a multiple of the smallest cage total. Digits cannot repeat within a cage.
