Fly High, Three Birds

Rules:

Sudoku: Normal sudoku rules apply. The digits 1-9 appear once in each row, column, and 3x3 box.

Tree and Nests: In the forest there is a tree made of a slow thermometer. Digits along the tree and its branches stay the same or increase from the root bulb. In the tree are three nests. Each nest contains a quadruple clue. The digits in the quadruple clue must appear in the four surrounding cells in any order. .

Birds and Flight Paths: In column two, there are three birds. Find three flight paths, one from each bird to exactly one nest. Flight paths are orthogonally connected, do not branch nor intersect, and do not touch themselves, even diagonally. No bird can visit more than one nest. No nest can accept more than one bird. A bird arrives at a nest when it visits any of the four cells clued by the quadruple for that nest. The paths formed by birds exhibit three different restraints: one each of Dutch whisper, region sums, and renban. Adjacent digits on the Dutch whisper line have a difference of four or greater. Box borders divide the region sum line into segments of the same sum. Digits on the renban line form a set of consecutive, non-repeating digits placed in any order. Lavender dots are delicious berries. A flight path must pass through each berry. Digits separated by berries are consecutive. .

Snakes: Birds should be on the lookout for predatory snakes. As such, flight paths cannot visit cells that contain any part of a snake. Snakes are the green lines and are German whisper lines, meaning adjacent digits on them have a difference of at least five. Each snake’s head (green ovals) is orthogonally adjacent to one cell on a bird’s flight path, allowing the snake to strike at the bird as it flies past. Each pair of digits on the snake heads and their orthogonally adjacent flight path cells are consecutive to each other. Whew! A close call! .

Nice….. think I got lost at first thinking that every path had to pass a snakehead, but after that. It was a good fun puzzle

If flight paths are drawn as lines through the center of cells, they cannot touch each other. There is no intersecting of flight paths. Therefor each berry can only be touched by one bird's flight path. All berries need to be touched by one of the three paths, but not necessarily by the same path.
